Item name: After Eight Peppermint - Mentha piperita Scientific name: Mentha piperita After Eight Growth height: 60 cm Blooming period: JulySeptember Description: Peppermint is a medicinal and culinary herb. It differs from other mints primarily through its high menthol content. The leaves have a pleasantly spicy flavor. The plant requires loose, humus-rich, slightly moist garden soil. Its location should be sunny to partially shaded. At the beginning of flowering, the mint can be harvested by cutting the entire herb. Unless otherwise stated, perennials are shipped in a standard 9 9 cm pot. If no plant size is specified, the following applies: If you order before the blooming period, you will receive plants that are freshly sprouting or about to sprout, depending on the time of year. If you purchase after the blooming period, the plants are generally cut back, have retreated into the soil, or have been replanted as bulbs. We sell garden plants grown outdoors. They are always sprouted and grown according to the season.
