1 guide bar with a 35 cm cutting length and a bearing-mounted sprocket nose, compatible with the McCulloch CS42S chainsaw. IMPORTANT Every chainsaw has different cutting equipment. Not only can the length vary; generally, three to four different working lengths are available. There are also different chain systems with large and small cutters. These different cutter sizes require correspondingly different chain drive sprockets, so the sprocket nose at the front of the guide bar also differs. Therefore, the safest way to identify the correct chain is to count the drive links. The drive-link pitch must also be known, such as 3/8 inch or 0.325 inch. Cutting length: 35 cm for chains with a 3/8 LP pitch and 52 drive links. One guide bar with sprocket nose, 35 cm cutting length, for chains with a 1.3 mm gauge. Wear-resistant guide bar. Cutting length, also called working length, means the length from the housing to the tip of the guide bar. It is not the total length of the guide bar; the total length is always longer. See the image. Chainsaw not included. The image is intended as a guide to show how to measure the cutting length on your own chainsaw.
